Description

The unparalleled excellence of Champagne Paul Bara Brut Réserve, an oenological jewel from the prestigious terroir of Bouzy, classified as 100% Grand Cru in the renowned Montagne de Reims. This exceptional champagne is the flagship of Maison Paul Bara, a family-run winery with more than seven generations of history that has perfected the art of viticulture and winemaking.

Crafted from a masterful blend of 80% Pinot Noir, which provides structure, power and fruity notes, and 20% Chardonnay, which brings elegance, finesse and freshness, this Brut Réserve represents the ultimate expression of the traditional savoir-faire of the Champagne region. Each bottle rests for a minimum of three to four years in the historic chalk underground cellars of the estate, excavated more than eleven metres deep. This extended ageing on the lees ensures a fine and persistent mousse, as well as dazzling aromatic complexity.

Its impeccable balance and precise dosage (approximately 7 g/l) make it a sublime choice for pairing with haute cuisine, seafood, poultry and aged cheeses. Investing in this bottle guarantees an unforgettable sensory experience, supported by high ratings from international critics such as Robert Parker and James Suckling
